The HR (or Resource) integration for Clarity PPM automates the user provisioning process in Clarity PPM. It integrates Clarity PPM with the HR system of record by means of data exchanged through delimited flat files. It imports the resource data from the flat files and creates/updates the resources and users in Clarity PPM.
